Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and sk77 ("the Platform," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sk77 platform, accessible at sk77.cam, including all associated games, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account with sk77, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing any part of the sk77 Services, you confirm and agree that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content;
• You agree to be bound by these Terms unconditionally;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the sk77 platform voluntarily and at your own risk;
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the sk77 platform and close your account if one has been created.

Section 2

Account Registration and Eligibility

To use the full range of sk77 Services, you must register a member account. The following conditions apply to account registration and eligibility:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. sk77 may request documentary proof of age at any point and reserves the right to suspend access pending verification.
2. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one sk77 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all funds held across all associated accounts.
3. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. sk77 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to close accounts where false information has been provided.
4. Pakistani Mobile Number: A valid Pakistani mobile number is required for account registration and SMS-based two-factor authentication. This number must remain active and accessible to you throughout the lifetime of your account.
5. Personal Use Only: sk77 accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder exclusively. You may not allow third parties to access or use your sk77 account under any circumstances.
6. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of sk77 is lawful in your jurisdiction. sk77 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in specific locations within Pakistan or elsewhere.

Section 3

Identity Verification (KYC)

sk77 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with its obligations under its international gaming license. KYC verification may be required at any of the following points:

• Upon processing your first withdrawal request;
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach defined thresholds;
• Where sk77 has reason to verify the identity of the account holder;
• As part of routine compliance review procedures.

KYC documents typically requested include a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. sk77 may also request documentation verifying the ownership of payment methods linked to the account. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawal access until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on sk77 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, or USDT TRC20.
• Deposits are credited to your sk77 PKR balance upon confirmation of receipt by sk77's payment systems. sk77 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the cashier. sk77 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time.
• Only deposit methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identifiable.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be requested to payment methods that have been used to fund your account, subject to KYC verification requirements.
• sk77 reserves the right to process withdrawals to the same method as the qualifying deposit where practicable.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified members are typically processed within 10 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking business days.
• sk77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified.
• Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

sk77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before the bonus and associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Specific wagering multipliers are stated on each individual promotion.
2. Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated timeframe will be forfeited automatically. No extension of bonus validity periods will be granted except at sk77's sole discretion.
3. Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, video poker, and certain other game types may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all. Full contribution rates are available on the promotions page.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your sk77 account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may reset or forfeit the active bonus.
5. Abuse and Fraud: sk77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account of any member who is found to have abused the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated wagering strategies, or exploiting technical errors.
6. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, certain bonus types carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap will be stated clearly in the applicable bonus terms.

Section 6

Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting products available on the sk77 platform are subject to their respective individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. In addition, the following general conduct rules apply to all members:

• Bets are Final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the sk77 system, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Members should verify all bet details before confirming. sk77 is not responsible for incorrectly placed bets.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, hardware failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, sk77 reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets. sk77 will take reasonable steps to inform affected members and to resolve disputes fairly.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market carries specific minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed within the game interface and the sportsbook. sk77 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time without prior notice.
• Result Disputes: If you believe a game result or settled bet is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with sk77 customer support within 30 days of the event in question. Claims raised after this period will not be entertained.
• Integrity: sk77 operates live casino games supplied by certified providers whose shuffle and RNG technology is independently audited. Slot games carry certified RTP percentages. sk77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sk77 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of any funds held in the account, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one sk77 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to circumvent normal manual gameplay;
• Colluding with other players in any casino or poker game;
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the sk77 platform;
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider ("chargebacks") after using the deposited funds;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment credentials to fund a sk77 account;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other criminal financial activity using sk77 accounts or transactions;
• Accessing the sk77 platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by law;
• Allowing any third party to access or use your sk77 account;
• Any conduct intended to harass, threaten, or harm sk77 staff or other members.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

sk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that enable members to manage their gaming activity within healthy personal limits. The following tools are available to all sk77 members directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits denominated in PKR. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased immediately; increases require a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds over defined periods, after which betting activity is paused until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications displayed after a specified duration of continuous play, reminding the member of time elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may self-exclude from sk77 for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the member's account is locked and marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen notifications showing cumulative session net win/loss figures to support informed decision-making.

Section 9

Privacy and Data Protection

sk77's collection, storage, and use of personal data is governed by its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside this document. In summary, sk77 collects personal data necessary for the provision of its services, compliance with its regulatory obligations (including KYC and anti-money laundering requirements), and the prevention of fraud. sk77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the sk77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, audio, and video — is the property of sk77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the sk77 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from any part of the sk77 platform without the prior written consent of sk77.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sk77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the sk77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions, even if sk77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

sk77's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sk77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sk77 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. sk77 takes reasonable technical measures to ensure platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Section 12

Account Closure and Termination

Closure by Member: You may request closure of your sk77 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified, withdrawable PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds and funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable upon closure.

Closure by sk77: sk77 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member account at its sole discretion, including where a member has breached these Terms, where sk77 has reason to suspect fraud or money laundering, or where continued operation of the account would be inconsistent with sk77's regulatory obligations. Where account closure is initiated by sk77 due to a member's breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be forfeited at sk77's discretion.

Section 13

Amendments to These Terms

sk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, sk77 will take reasonable steps to notify existing members, which may include posting a notice on the sk77 platform or sending a notification to the email address or phone number associated with your account.

Continued use of the sk77 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you should cease using the sk77 platform and close your account. The current version of these Terms, with the date of last update, is always available at sk77.cam/terms-conditions.

Section 14

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sk77 holds its international gaming licence. Any unresolved dispute between you and sk77 shall first be referred to sk77's internal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the customer support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through sk77's internal process, it may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body designated under sk77's gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be provided upon request to customer support.
